This Company is simply terrific;  It would be difficult to find, a honest or nicer more professional man then Gerald the owner of 3N1.  Gerald did an outstanding job cleaning my sectional, did not try to up sell me or raise his stated price and even cleaned my throw cushions for free ! He  is the best.

The job was very good but a little overpriced compared to other bidders.  Your reputation is good but others were more than a 1/3rd less and they also had good ratings.  Not sure I would use your company again unless the pricing was a little more competitive

Our prices is based on everything included, not on a low price just to get to the home, then it goes up even beyond what we charge after they are at the home (bait & switch),we are up front and honest about our fees, no bait & switch.

Very professional and excellant job.  Arrived the next morning ready to do the job.   No delays. I had pretty extensiive pet urine stains on the master bedroom carpet and thought cleaning would not work and I would need to replace the carpet.  I was wrong!!  Looks like new!!
