Dirty carpets don't just look bad — they affect the air you breathe, the smell of your home, and the health of your family.
Service OVERVIEW
Most carpets that look "clean" aren't. Vacuuming removes surface debris — but the dirt, allergens, pet dander, bacteria, and odor-causing residue that's embedded deep in the carpet fibers? That stays put until a professional extracts it.
At 3N1 Services, we use hot water extraction — the cleaning method recommended by virtually every major carpet manufacturer — to flush contaminants out of your carpet fibers from the inside out. Combined with professional pre-treatment, targeted stain removal, and deodorizing, it's the most thorough carpet cleaning available.
We've been doing this across South Florida since 1994. The owner is personally on every job — no franchises, no subcontractors, no shortcuts.
OUR EXPERTISE
South Florida's year-round heat and humidity create conditions that are uniquely hard on carpets. Give 3N1 a call, and this is what we will do:
The industry gold standard. We inject hot water and professional cleaning solution deep into carpet fibers, then immediately extract it along with the loosened dirt, allergens, and bacteria. The result is a deep clean that no rental machine or surface-level service can match.
This is one of our most requested services — and one of the most important to do correctly. For severe pet contamination, we'll be honest with you about whether the padding beneath also needs to be addressed — something most companies won't even mention.
We pre-treat stains before the main extraction — using stain-specific solutions matched to the type of stain (food, beverage, grease, ink, dirt, biological) and the carpet fiber type. Most stains are fully removed. Older, set-in stains are significantly reduced. We'll always tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
Carpets are one of the largest allergen reservoirs in any home — trapping dust mites, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, and bacteria within their fibers. Our deep extraction process removes the vast majority of these contaminants, providing measurable improvement in indoor air quality — especially important for homes with children, elderly residents, or allergy and asthma sufferers.
Hallways, entryways, living rooms, and stairs take the most abuse. These areas often appear matted, darkened, and worn even when the rest of the carpet looks fine. We give extra attention to high-traffic zones with targeted pre-treatment and extraction to restore fiber texture and appearance.
After extraction, we apply a professional deodorizing treatment throughout the carpet — neutralizing odors from pets, cooking, smoke, mildew, and general use. This is not a perfume or masking spray. It neutralizes odor molecules so they're gone, not covered up.

QUESTIONS?
Carpet manufacturers recommend professional cleaning every 12–18 months for average households. Homes with pets, young children, or allergy sufferers benefit from cleaning every 6–12 months. High-traffic areas like hallways and living rooms may need attention more frequently than bedrooms.
Hot water extraction and steam cleaning refer to the same process — injecting hot water and cleaning solution under pressure into carpet fibers and immediately extracting it along with loosened contaminants. It is the cleaning method recommended by the majority of carpet manufacturers and is the most effective deep-cleaning method available.
In most cases, yes — but it requires the right process. Pet urine must be treated with enzyme solutions that break down urine crystals, followed by hot water extraction that flushes contamination from fibers and backing. Surface-only treatments and consumer products do not permanently resolve pet odor because they don't reach the contamination deep in the carpet structure.
Most residential carpet cleaning jobs take 1–3 hours depending on square footage and condition. We'll give you an honest time estimate before we begin.
Most carpets are dry within 4–8 hours. Opening windows, running ceiling fans, or using the AC helps speed the process. We use techniques that minimize moisture left in the carpet to accelerate drying.
Yes. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning solutions that are safe for children and pets once the carpet is dry — typically within a few hours.
We move light furniture as part of our service. We recommend removing fragile items and personal belongings beforehand. Very heavy or delicate furniture should be moved prior to our arrival.
We eliminate the vast majority of stains. Some very old, deeply set, or chemically altered stains may not be 100% removable — but results consistently exceed our clients' expectations. We assess each stain during the initial walkthrough and give you an honest picture of what's achievable before we start.
Rental machines use significantly less heat, significantly less water pressure, and far less powerful extraction than professional equipment. They also leave more moisture in the carpet — which can lead to mold growth in South Florida's humidity. Professional equipment extracts more deeply, dries faster, and achieves results that rental machines simply cannot replicate.
